Picnic Debacle

-- Picnic Debacle --
It was a crisis Staring at the invasion of ants We turned our faces from settlement And moved on to greener pastures
A peaceful blooming summer’s day Had found disaster in our way And though the sunshine still remained Our lunch had been captured
Overrun and outnumbered, we decided To sacrifice for the greater good of our health Sandwiches and a salad Debated about taking the checkered blanket Snatched the wicker-basket from the grassy table

Still, we lived to eat again another day

Writing: Math poetry.

I'm planning my career in psychology.
My anxiety runs high.
My excitement does also.
I can't wait to see what happens.
For now, I apply, apply, apply.
Keep on writing papers and continuing with work.
Graduation is a mere month and a half away.

Have you ever had a dream, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world?
